All the items are at the Arlington location.
Arlington: Storage Unit Pick Ups (172nd) 98223:
Friday, January 23rd - 9am to 1pm
Sunday, January 25th - 9am to 1pm
Items will be delivered to Seattle on Saturday when you sign up for that day.
Seattle: Parking Lot Pick Ups (SODO District) 98134:
Saturday, January 24th - 9:30am to 12:30pm
(please sign up on Thursday so I know what items to pack up)
*New Bidders - Most of my auctions I offer a 2 location pick up option.
*The first location is where all items are stored at (All large and heavy items are at this pick up location only)
*The second option is where I pack up the smaller items and deliver to that second location.
*The address will be emailed & texted to you the morning of your pick up day.
*If you change your pick up time or day, please let me know via text.
There is a 15% buyer's premium + applicable state taxes
Please read our terms and conditions prior to bidding.
Bidding is a contractual agreement and obligation to pay. Do not bid if you do not plan to pay, or cannot make pick-ups.
Invoices are sent out via email the evening of auction close. Address is not provided until morning of pickups, to maintain security at the residence.
